Account Creation
When creating an account, you must:

- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Promptly update any changes to your information
- • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
⚠️ Important: Sharing account credentials or allowing multiple users to access a single account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

License & Usage Rights
Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates according to the following terms:

Intellectual Property
All content, templates, designs, and materials provided through RuneFlow are protected by intellectual property laws. RuneFlow retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service.
Ownership
- • Templates and workflows remain property of RuneFlow
- • You own the output generated from template usage
- • Custom modifications you make belong to you
- • RuneFlow brand and trademarks may not be used without permission
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- • Distribute malware or harmful code
- • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- • Manipulate or interfere with the Service
- • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- • Templates will meet all your requirements
- • Results from template use will be accurate or reliable
- • All bugs or defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RuneFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, resulting from:
- • Your use or inability to use the Service
- • Any unauthorized access to your data
- • Errors or omissions in any content
- • Any third-party services or products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RuneFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- • Your access to or use of the Service
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your violation of any third-party rights
- • Any content you submit or share through the Service
Termination
By RuneFlow
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Non-payment of fees
- • Actions harmful to other users or the Service
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
